At House of Ezhil Inc., we take pride in offering fast, reliable, and transparent delivery for every order placed through ezhiljewels.com. All orders are prepared with care and dispatched promptly from our Canadian fulfillment center.
1. GTA Next-Day Delivery
Customers located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) enjoy next-day delivery on eligible orders placed before 12 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends will ship the next business day.
The same shipping rates apply as our standard Canada-wide options (Standard $9.95 CAD / Free over $75 CAD / Express $21.95 CAD).
2. Canada-Wide Shipping
We currently deliver across Canada with the following options:

All orders include tracking information sent automatically to your email once your package ships. Delivery to rural or northern regions may take additional time.
3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day after receiving confirmed payment.

We do not process orders, ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays. 
- 
During high-volume periods, processing may take an extra 1–2 business days. 
4. United States Shipping (Coming Soon)
We are finalizing U.S. delivery options. Once available, updated rates and timelines will appear here.
Orders shipped to the U.S. may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees payable by the recipient at delivery.
5. Customs & Duties
For international orders (once enabled):

Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are not included in product or shipping prices.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination. 
6. Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link.
You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of purchase, please contact us at ezhiljewels.ca@gmail.com.
7. Delivery Delays
Although we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

House of Ezhil covers return shipping only for verified damaged or incorrect items. 
- Original shipping fees (including Express) are non-refundable.
