You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item for a refund, as long as it’s unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with the tamper-proof seal fully intact.
🛑 Worn, unsealed, or damaged items cannot be accepted due to hygiene and quality standards.
📦 If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assess and resolve the issue appropriately.
