• Allow perfumes to dry before wearing. Do not apply perfume/water directly on the jewelry.
• Remove before entering water.
• Remove when sleeping.
• Remove when active.

We want you to love your jewelry — and we understand that sometimes, it’s just not the perfect fit.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item for a refund, as long as it’s unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with the tamper-proof seal fully intact.

🛑 Worn, unsealed, or damaged items cannot be accepted due to hygiene and quality standards.

📦 If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assess and resolve the issue appropriately.

• Refunds are only issued after the returned item passes inspection.
